2/22/2021 Chicago Bulls vs. Houston Rockets Preview

The Chicago Bulls (13-16) travel to Texas to take on the Houston Rockets (11-17) tonight. The Bulls look to finish off a season sweep against the Rockets after a victory on January 18 where the Bulls won 125-120 with Zach Lavine leading the Bulls with 33 points. The Bulls are coming off an impressive win over the Sacramento Kings 122-114 where Zach Lavine looked like a star, yet again, helping to secure a victory for the Bulls with 38 points. Lavine was 15 for 20 from the field and recorded his 4th straight game with 30 points. Coby White added 19 points while shooting 5 of 8 from 3’s and Thaddeus Young chipped in 18 points with a key layup in the closing seconds to secure the victory.
The Bulls start off an important week with very winnable games to climb the standings in the East. They are only 2 games out of the 4th seed and have looked much better since the return of Wendel Carter Jr. into the lineup. With the all-star reserves being announced tomorrow, Lavine has another chance at a big performance to help secure a well-deserved all-star reserve spot.
Tonight’s game will by at 7 PM CST
