Chicago Bulls vs New York Knicks - 02/03/2021

The Chicago Bulls (8-11) look to win for the second time in as many games against the New York Knicks (9-13) when they play tonight at the United Center.  The Bulls are coming off back to back impressive 30 point performances by Lauri Markkanen and late game heroics from Zach Lavine, yet again.  Lavine leads the Bulls in scoring averaging 26.6 ppg and Coby White leads the team in assists with 5.7 assists per game.  The Knicks have now dropped 4 in a row and look to rebound after losing to the Bulls on Monday evening behind Julius Randle and his team leading 22.4 ppg.

Look for more of the same as last game with Lavine and White distributing the ball and Lauri taking a majority of the shots.  Lauri has been playing exceptionally well, mostly due to his shot actually falling.  He is playing more like how he did when the season started before his injury in December that sidelined him for a few weeks.  The Bulls will still be without Wendell Carter Jr. for the foreseeable future and Otto Porter Jr. is still day-to-day.  A win tonight would put the Bulls in good position to rattle off a winning streak with a 2 game series looming against the Orlando Magic next

Tonight’s game will be at 7 PM CST.
