Chicago Bulls Vs. Philadelphia 76ers 03-11-2021 Preview

The Chicago Bulls (16-18) start the second half of the season by welcoming the Philadelphia 76ers (24-12) to the United Center tonight. After a successful end to the first half of the season with a victory over the New Orleans Pelicans and Zach Lavine’s debut as an all-star, the Bulls have a tough task in facing the first place 76ers after losing earlier this season behind a 50 point effort from Joel Embiid. Lavine had a spectacular first half of the season averaging 30.1 points and 5.1 rebounds in the last 10 games.
The Bulls hope to bring back Lauri Markkanen and Otto Porter Jr. to the lineup. The 76ers are expected to play without Embiid and Ben Simmons tonight. A win here could be a very nice start to a very difficult second half of the season and help build momentum to secure a playoff seed. The Bulls should be able to pull off a victory without the top 2 players from the 76ers playing and Chicago playing with a full lineup.
