Chicago Cubs 2021 Preview

Opening day is upon us! Looks like Wrigley Field will have some normalcy having some fans in the stadium. We have fan favorite David Ross as the 2nd year manager. The Cubs did lose a vital part of their organization- Theo Epstein. Looking at the competition in the division, looks like The Cubs might be in for a rough season!
During the Offseason, The Cubs had 2 goals in mind.
1.) Free Up Space under Luxury Tax
2.) Roster Changes
Notable change:
Yu Darvish traded to the San Diego Padres for some prospects and Zach Davies. Also in the deal, The Cubs received Victor Caratini.
The most notable trade: The Cubs received Jake Arrieta back!
The Cubs also signed power hitter- Joc Peterson from the Dodgers. In my opinion, this was pretty solid.
The Chicago Cubs will have a bunch of bumps in the road this season. Their division rival the St Louis Cardinals traded for a blockbuster Nolan Arenado. The Cubs have a young team and this will be a test for them.
The pitching will be a giant wild card. Many fresh faces, and names that can make an impact! This could be the final run for the players. Hopefully they’re all in!
