Stroman Vs Wheeler is the pitching match up for today. Nico Hoerner hits a dinger and scored the tie breaking run. The game went into extra innings. Hoerner stole 3rd base with 1 out. Right after that, Nico scored on Schwindel's fielder's choice.
Christopher Morel had a RBI single for them to go up by 2. Nelson Velaquez hit a hard grounder to force an error on the Philliles' Bohm. Contreras added an RBI double to make the score 6-1.
